This group is for stories or comments about anything to do with the words snow and/or ice. You can relate stories of your youth or current things. Toys, games, your favorite things to do in the snow?. Snowball fights in school? Mean kids would use ice balls in the middle so they hurt when you got hit. The neighbor kids or my brothers and me would build snow forts and then stock up on ammo and throw those snow balls.! Sneak attacks were the most fun. I never had ice skates or learned how and can't now. My husband and son have hockey skates. Here in MN we already have 8 inches of snow and it just keeps coming down. Two nights in a row of wind chill factors making it very cold here also. On the news they interviewed people caught in gridlock today. It was taking 3 hours to go 5 miles. Lots of spinouts. As retired folks we are glad not have to do all that commuting back and forth. We were out for a little this morning but we have four-wheel drive and good tires. Since the bridge collapse, the traffic is even slower these days. My husband and I have had sneak attacks with ice cubes over the years. Let's hear from other states or other parts of MN. Is it snowing where you are? I reserve the right to edit for X-rated or inappropriate text or pictures. No videos please.
